As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex software development projects in Java, from conception to delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure that all project goals are met.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA analysts, to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and project documentation.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project progress, status, and risks to project stakeholders, including senior management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management in a software development environment, with a focus on Java.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
